SSE encourages higher GW cap in CfD

The 6 GW cap in the next round of Contracts for Difference must be raised, says CEO of utility SSE.

The UK's target of being climate-neutral by 2050 is not quite compatible with the continued caps on offshore wind capacity, according to SSE Chief Executive Alistair Phillips-Davies.
