GE gets half a gigawatt in orders

Energie orders 180 turbines from the US manufacturer for delivery at the start of next year.

Big orders are being announced at GE. One week after the US-based turbine manufacturer reported a Chinese order of 715 MW, the company has secured a 494 MW order closer to home.
