Siemens Gamesa to produce hubs at Brande plant

Although the factory will no longer build nacelles for onshore wind turbines, there'll still be a production at Siemens Gamesa's Brande plant in Denmark. Going forward, though, this will exclusively pertain to offshore turbines, and the manufacturer has now commenced serial production of generators and nacelles for use at Kriegers Flak, where the final foundation was installed last week. The first nacelles are now being put together at the fitting plant in Esbjerg.
