New European wind disappointed in 2020

Things are moving forward for wind energy in Europe, although developments have stalled a bit in the past year. In total, 14.7 GW of new wind capacity were installed in Europe during 2020, counting both onshore and offshore wind, according to a new report from trade association Windeurope.
