Danish renewables tender launches to little celebration

Uncertain framework conditions applying after next year has industry highly doubting that any bids will be placed in Denmark's largest tender for renewable energy.

Monday, the Danish Energy Agency launches a technology-neutral tender for DKK 1.2bn (EUR 161.3m). Up until Oct. 22, hopeful project developers may present their potential solar farms, wind turbines or hydroelectric energy projects in a bid to secure a fixed price for a 20-year period.
