Semco buys into offshore wind company

Semco Maritime and CPower Energy strike up a strategic partnership awarding the offshore operator a 20% stake in the Danish offshore energy company.

With a plan to pursue growth opportunities, especially in the UK market as well as globally, Semco Maritime and CPower Energy have decided to join forces and form a strategic partnership. As part of the agreement, Semco Maritime acquires a 20% stake in CPower Energy, the two companies announce in a press release.
