Ørsted places firm order for just under 1GW with Siemens Gamesa

An order for 913MW always comes at a convenient time for a wind turbine maker. However, it is not exactly a sudden surprise that Siemens Gamesa now reports of a firm order from Ørsted for just below 1GW related to German cluster project Borkum Riffgrund 3.
