Nature Energy invests big in Canadian biogas facilities

As part of an international growth strategy, Nature Energy is investing nearly a billion euros in several biogas plants Quebec, Canada. The facilities will be developed and built in partnership with a local gas supply company.

Danish biogas operator Nature Energy invests DKK 7bn (EUR 941m) in Quebec, Canada, where the company together with local gas supplier Énergir will develop, build, and operate up to ten biogas plants, according to a statement by Nature Energy, acquired by oil major Shell less than two weeks ago.
