Vestas rebounds with record quarterly order intake

Two national markets show the way in both the short and long term – while demonstrating the importance of local production.

Just three weeks back, it seemed as if Vestas had come off to a terrible start to the year. But after having announced just one single order of 68MW roughly two months into 2023, the list of orders increased strongly in the last days of March, ultimately resulting in announced orders of 3,022MW in the quarter. This marks the biggest Q1 intake of orders in the wind turbine manufacturer’s history.
