All 10,744,009 new shares offered under the rights issue have been subscribed for.

NKT succesfully obtains full subscription in rights issue.

”All 10,744,009 new shares offered under the rights issue have been subscribed for. Approximately 98.5% of the new shares have been subscribed for by exercise of pre-emptive subscription rights,” the cable manufacturer writes in an announcement.

The demand for the remaining shares has been very high, according to the company.
