Danish Vestas employees stop working

Hourly workers at several of the OEM’s Danish factories are on strike in protest against a new wage offer. We cannot make agreements that jeopardize profitability, Vestas states.

Hourly-paid employees at five of Vestas’ Danish factories have walked out on Tuesday morning. This is in protest against the wind turbine manufacturer’s proposal in connection with ongoing wage negotiations.
