Welcon fined after work accident

An explosion at Welcon’s factory in Svindbæk killed a 41-year-old man in September 2023. Now the case has ended with a fine for the tower manufacturer for violating the Working Environment Act.

A work accident that killed a 41-year-old man and burned three people has cost Danish tower manufacturer Welcon a fine of DKK 227,600 for violating the Danish Working Environment Act.
