Cadeler is considering moving headquarters to the UK

Following the merger with Eneti, the offshore carrier might relocate from Denmark to the UK to seek legal and tax advantages.

Cadeler is considering moving its parent company to the UK to optimize its corporate structure following the merger with competitor Eneti Inc. completed in December 2023, according to a press release from the publicly listed offshore wind carrier headquartered in Copenhagen at Kalvebod Brygge.
