Vestas nabs 350 MW in orders ahead of new year

Vestas' tradition of collecting up orders before the new year has kicked off with major US orders and its first order from Honduras.

As tradition would have it, a record-strong 2016 will be concluded with a number of new year orders from Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas.

On Wednesday morning, the company had three new orders to brag about. Three in the US, and one in Honduras – which marks a debut for Vestas, which has never before delivered wind turbines to the Central American country.
