New French offshore wind farm to be ready in 2022

The French government has initiated talks with wind turbine manufacturers as part of a plan to find the right developer for a 750 MW offshore wind farm off of Dunkirk.

In 2022, a brand new offshore wind farm will be installed off of Dunkirk, France. The French government has already started an initial dialog with manufacturers, while investigating which areas off of Dunkirk are best fit for the farm, writes Offshore.biz.
