Swedish firm sells Vestas wind farm for EUR 106 million

German insurance companies have gone hunting for acquisitions in a Vestas wind farm which was not been constructed yet.

Sweden's Eolus Vind has sold the rights to the wind farm Jenåsen to insurance company Munich Re.

The wind farm, which will be equipped with 23 Vestas turbines totaling 79 MW, has been sold for EUR 106 million, reports Eolus Wednesday.
