Vattenfall's Danish business achieves biggest profit in years

Energy prices have fallen, dragging down Vattenfall’s Danish revenue significantly, but the company manages to return to positive operations.

Swedish energy company Vattenfall’s Danish division will end 2023 with the strongest result in years, specifically with a pre-tax profit of DKK 92m (EUR 12m), which is a significant improvement compared to several years of losses and, prior to that, significantly lower returns from the Danish operations.
