Vestas ends quarter on par after hectic final spurt

With nine orders announced during the last working day of June, the order intake halfway through the year is almost on par with that of the last few years.

On Friday, Vestas announced nine orders with a total capacity of exactly 800 MW. This raised the quarter’s total intake to 2,872 MW, bringing the order book for the first half of the year to 5,172 MW plus an as yet unknown amount of unannounced orders for the past three months.
